Butterfly Ball

The Butterfly Ball will be held at the beautiful The Retreat at the Uncommon Ranch and promises to be an unforgettable evening centered around the theme “Transformation Through Courage.” Inspired by the symbolism of the butterfly, the night will reflect a journey of metamorphosis—from darkness to light—mirroring the healing journey of the children the center serves. Guests will enjoy an elegant plated dinner prepared by Chef Kaytie, meaningful presentations, and an immersive experience designed to engage the senses. Every element of the evening—culinary creations, art, scent, music, and the surrounding environment—has been thoughtfully curated to tell a story of resilience, healing, and hope. Attire for the evening is cocktail/tea party—no jeans, please. Women are encouraged to wear short or long dresses, and men a suit jacket with a button-down shirt. This will be an evening unlike anything seen in Northern Michigan, bringing the community together to celebrate courage, transformation, and the mission of supporting children and families on their path to healing.
